Refund & Replacement Policy

This Refund & Replacement Policy applies to products purchased directly through The Awakening Saga website, operated by Legacy Light Studio, LLC (“Legacy Light Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Digital Products

All sales of digital products, including eBooks and downloadable files, are final.

Because digital products are made available for access or download after purchase and cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once an order has been completed, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and format before completing a purchase and for ensuring they have access to a compatible device or application.

If you experience a technical problem accessing or downloading a purchased digital product, please contact us at info@theawakeningsagaofficial.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product you purchased.

Failure to download a digital product during the stated download period does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund. Please contact us if you experience a legitimate problem accessing your purchase.

Accidental Purchases and Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for accidental purchases, change of mind, failure to read the product description, purchasing an incorrect format, or deciding after purchase that a digital product is no longer wanted, except where required by applicable law.

Physical Products

Physical products purchased directly through The Awakening Saga website may be eligible for replacement if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered.

To request assistance with a damaged or defective physical product, contact info@theawakeningsagaofficial.com within 14 days of delivery. Your request must include:

• Your name and order number
• A description of the damage or defect
• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
• Photographs of the packaging when shipping damage may have occurred

We may request additional photographs or information reasonably necessary to verify the claim.

Claims for damaged or defective products will be reviewed before a replacement or other remedy is authorized. Normal variations in printing, manufacturing, color reproduction, or materials that do not materially affect the product are not considered damage or defects.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Products

When a claim is verified, our preferred remedy is replacement of the damaged or defective product with the same item, when available.

If replacement is not reasonably available, we may provide another remedy as appropriate, including a refund when required by applicable law or when we determine that a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for physical products damaged after delivery through misuse, improper handling, neglect, unauthorized alteration, or ordinary wear and tear.

Return Shipping

Do not return a product without contacting us first. If a return is necessary to resolve an approved damage or defect claim, we will provide instructions regarding the return.

Purchases From Other Retailers

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through theawakeningsagaofficial.com.

Books or other products purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Kobo, independent bookstores, or other third-party retailers are subject to the refund, return, replacement, and customer-service policies of the retailer from which the product was purchased.

Legacy Light Studio, LLC cannot directly issue refunds for transactions processed by an independent retailer.

Non-Waivable Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
